Can I buy extra sets of coins?
Yes you can! For each extra set of 60 coins (20 of each colour) add $15 AUD to your base pledge level. That means if you’re backing at the $45 Adventurer level, and you want two extra sets of coins, you need to pledge $45+$15+$15 = $75+Shipping. There is no increase in shipping cost with coin add-ons, so just pledge the same $10 or $15 you would normally; Kickstarter should automatically add the correct shipping amount for your part of the world to your pledge total. Does the Double Adventurer level include digital rewards?
Yes, it does! This was an error on our part, and unfortunately we can no longer edit the pledge description. We would like to assure all backers at the Double Adventurer level that they will receive two access keys to all unlocked digital content, regardless of the pledge level description reading ‘Physical only’. Why is the game so cheap?
The low price is thanks to two factors; the low Aussie dollar, and the Kickstarter platform. Dreary Hamlet is an Australian game, and as such the majority of our early backers were local supporters. Manufacturing and shipping is all handled in USD, and with the low Aussie dollar right now if we were pricing our game at close-to-retail costs for the US market it would be prohibitively expensive for Australian backers. We love our fans more than we love money, so we’ve kept the price as low as possible for them; the outcome of which is that for most international backers outside of Australia the game is very inexpensive considering its components. We have made the low price point possible by only taking a very small profit margin compared to most games. We believe that Kickstarter is not a shop, and that our backers should be rewarded for showing faith in the product before it is released, so close to 100% of the funds raised here will go directly towards paying for the game; as a company we will worry about making a larger profit for ourselves when and if the game goes to retail. How are you handling EU shipping?
We will be sending all EU games in bulk to a warehouse in Germany, where our distributor will break the pallets down into individual games and forward them on to backers. Will the cards fit back into the box if I sleeve them?

Why are there no early shipping levels for higher pledge levels?

Why don’t you make the game harder?
We don’t need to make the game harder, because it actually does that all by itself! At the start of a game the creature grid is often filled with low-to-mid level creatures, however as players pick off the easy beasts the grid (and by extension the game) gets harder. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
